We will listen to an interview with Food Network Star Duff Goldman who will explain how he got started in the industry, how he continues to keep his businesses at the top, what it takes to be successful, and how this has led him to become who he is today.

This is your opportunity to bake ANYTHING you have learned about this semester. You can choose a type of sweet treat, pastry, cake, pie, tart, bread, sweet bread, rolls, etc. It is entirely up to you. Just be sure to take pictures of your process and the final product!

6.07: Semester One Final Exam
For your final exam you will be following a recipe that I provide. I will be grading based on your ability to follow a recipe as well as (partial points) on the outcome of your product (please no black cookies 😊).
Please video yourself making your cookies and tell me about the process as you go along (like your own cooking show). There is no minimum length required for your video as long as you show me the steps you have taken during the process. Feel free to edit your video before submitting, if you wish.
